We recently completed this full fit out and refurbishment for Avalara. Recognised as one of the fastest growing and most trusted tax automation solution providers, they had recently acquired a new office which they required assistance with. Design work began in June 2019, with plans to refurbish and refit the 1st floor of their UK offices at Lanchester House. Having acquired the 2nd and 3rd floor of the same building, the staff were relocated to the 2nd floor, whilst the refurbishment took place, reducing downtime or disruption to their workforce. The project included:
- Installation of partitioning
- Installation of a staff kitchen and bar area
- Sourcing and installation of office equipment, including 138 desks, office chairs and filing drawer cabinets
- Fitting a waterproof carpet
The kitchen proved to be a unique task as Avalara specified a bespoke feature bar complete with Tiki roof, designer lighting and beer tap.By December 2019 we had completed the project on time, on budget and to standard, to the satisfaction of Avalara.
