SFM offer a Pay-as-you-go facilities management service, meaning we are there when you need us, with no tie-in contracts, or Full facilities management contracts where you can benefit from single monthly invoices with fixed monthly costs.
Whether you require a one-off visit or long-term planned maintenance, we will tailor our services to your needs, and if you have a great relationship with an existing contractor, we don’t want you to feel you have to move away from them, we will work with you for the additional services you require.
